Job summary

Y-Axis is seeking a Head of Facility Management in the UAE to lead the FM operation for Owners Association buildings and projects. You will supervise engineers, technicians, and contractors, oversee inspections, reporting, and compliance, and report to Top Management.

You will focus on KPI monitoring, corrective actions, and coordination with government authorities, committees, and residents to ensure high service quality and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of FM/building management experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Owners Associations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with KPI/SLA management, inspections, reporting and corrective actions.
• Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience dealing with government authorities is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Head and manage the complete FM operation for all Owners Association buildings, projects, common areas, facilities and assets.
• Supervise the FM team and contractors, ensuring performance and timely completion.
• Review and verify daily, weekly and monthly reports and follow up.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, maintenance, and contractor performance.
• Conduct site visits to verify conditions and ensure proper closure of issues.
• Coordinate with government authorities and committees, ensuring compliance.
• Maintain records of inspections, approvals and contracts.
• Prepare consolidated reports for Top Management on FM performance and costs.
