Capital.com is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee multi-site operations across the UAE, ensuring safe, compliant and cost-efficient facilities. You will coordinate hard and soft FM services, manage vendors, and lead projects such as office moves and fit-outs, while engaging senior stakeholders to align with business priorities.

The role requires strong leadership, regional experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing facilities across multiple countries or regions.
• Full FM lifecycle experience across hard and soft services.
• Track record delivering office fit-outs end to end.
• Strong vendor and contract management across multiple sites.
• Experience managing FM budgets, forecasts and site licences.
• Knowledge of H&S compliance across jurisdictions (e.g., UAE).
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders and executives.
• Ability to handle incidents and crises remotely across regions.
• Experience leading teams based in different locations.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilités

• Multi-Site Facilities & Portfolio Management across locations.
• Vendor, Contract & Service Management for hard/soft FM services.
• Oversee hard and soft FM services, coordinate cleaning, maintenance, security.
• Plan and deliver workplace projects including moves and fit-outs.
• Oversee security, access, and workplace systems.
• Ensure Health, Safety, Compliance & Risk across offices.
• Engage with Country Heads and senior leaders on facilities matters.
• Cover Front of House when needed and manage visitor experience.
• Coordinate travel bookings with reception teams.
• Be flexible to take on related duties as required.
