Job summary

Yello is seeking a Senior Consultant - Facilities (Masterplanned Communities) to advise developers and asset owners on facilities, estate and operational strategies across masterplanned communities and mixed-use developments in Dubai.

You will review masterplans, develop operational readiness and mobilisation strategies, and lead FM procurement while collaborating with design and project delivery teams. Strong communication and senior stakeholder presenting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate or a related discipline.
• 10 years' experience within FM consultancy, estate management consultancy
• Proven experience working on master-planned communities, districts or large mixed-use developments with multiple asset classes and public realm
• Strong understanding of operational readiness, estate management, facilities management strategy and lifecycle planning
• Experience engaging with developers, consultants and senior client stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Middle East project experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Advise developers and asset owners on facilities, estate and operational strategies across master-planned communities and mixed-use developments.

• Develop operational readiness, transition and mobilisation strategies from construction through to live operations.
• Support the development of operating models, governance frameworks, KPIs and service delivery standards.
• Lead FM procurement activities, including service provider selection, mobilisation and performance management.
• Develop lifecycle maintenance, asset management and infrastructure operation strategies.
• Collaborate with development, design and project delivery teams to ensure operational requirements are embedded throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare client presentations, technical reports and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
