Job summary

Capital.com is seeking a highly experienced Facilities Manager to oversee multiple offices, ensuring safety, efficiency and consistency across locations. You will manage vendors, contracts and FM services, while coordinating security, safety, and workplace systems to support rapid global growth.

You will lead cross-location teams, plan office moves and fit-outs, and partner with senior leaders to align facilities with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities across multiple countries or regions.
• Full FM lifecycle experience across hard and soft services.
• Experience delivering office fit-outs end to end.
• Strong vendor and contract management across multiple sites.
• Experience managing FM budgets, forecasts and site licences.
• Knowledge of H&S compliance across different jurisdictions and labour laws.
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders, including executive committee members.
• Able to handle incidents and crises remotely across regional offices.
• Experience leading or supporting teams based in other locations.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple office locations, ensuring standards, service levels and costs are consistent.
• Manage service providers and contracts for hard and soft FM services across sites.
• Oversee hard and soft FM services and coordinate security, cleaning and maintenance across locations.
• Plan and deliver facilities and real estate projects across sites within budgets and timelines.
• Oversee security, access control and workplace systems.
• Ensure offices meet H&S requirements and conduct regular site inspections.
• Engage with Country Heads and senior leaders on workplace and facilities matters.
• Provide Front of House coverage and manage visitor experiences.
• Support travel bookings and hotel arrangements for business needs.
• Be flexible and assist with additional tasks to support the business.
