Job summary

Tiger Recruitment is seeking an Export Sales Executive for a Dubai-based manufacturing company to drive regional and international sales across multiple territories, develop partner networks, and represent the business at industry events.

The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities to hit sales targets, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
• Experience in the paper and board industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on customer requirements.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Travel internationally as required to meet clients and support business development activities.
