Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related field (preferred).
• Good knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/ERP software.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage both operational and sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments by air, sea, and land from booking to delivery.
• Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, packing lists, AWB/BL, customs).
• Communicate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and providers.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Prepare freight quotations and negotiate rates.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service and timely delivery.
• Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer, shipment, and sales records in ERP/CRM.
• Stay updated on market trends, freight rates, and industry developments.
