Job summary

Confidential Dubai-based trading and logistics company is seeking an Import & Export Coordinator to manage shipments, prepare trade documents, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth movement of goods across international markets.

You will track shipments from booking to delivery, verify documents such as bills of lading and packing lists, and support customs clearance while maintaining accurate records and timely updates to internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and international trade procedures.
• Good MS Office skills and document management abilities.
• Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.
• Strong coordination and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export shipments from booking to delivery.
• Prepare and verify shipping and commercial documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, suppliers and customers.
• Track shipment status and provide timely updates.
• Assist with customs clearance and resolve documentation issues.
• Maintain organized records of shipments and import/export transactions.
