• Significant experience in executive search and senior-level recruitment.
• Proven ability to lead and influence executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong track record in building and growing Talent Acquisition capabilities.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and senior leadership across regions.
• Demonstrated expertise in direct search, headhunting and market mapping.
• Experience leading global, cross-border recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior and executive-level recruitment assignments across the organization.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand critical hiring requirements and business priorities.
• Take a hands-on role in evaluating, screening and interviewing executive-level candidates.
• Manage complex and confidential executive searches through to appointment.
• Present high-calibre executive candidates to senior leadership.
• Oversee direct sourcing, headhunting, market mapping and pipeline development by the Talent Acquisition team.
• Assess senior candidates against leadership requirements and business objectives.
• Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to senior stakeholders.
• Build relationships with leadership teams across the organization to provide strategic hiring advice.
• Influence stakeholders to support effective hiring decisions and manage confidential senior-level appointments.
• Operate in a highly visible role with regular interaction across executive leadership.
• Lead market mapping for executive and strategic roles and ensure strong pipelines.
• Provide insights into competitor talent, market trends and executive talent availability.
• Build long-term relationships with senior professionals across international markets.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines to support future leadership requirements.
• Lead, develop and grow a Talent Acquisition team in line with business needs.
• Support the development of the organization’s Talent Acquisition strategy and capabilities.
• Promote high standards of executive search and recruitment across the business.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on recruitment and assessment at executive level.
• Ensure an excellent stakeholder and candidate experience throughout the process.
