Job summary

Boundless Consulting in Dubai seeks an Events Planning Manager to lead the complete lifecycle of live events from concept to delivery. You will scout locations, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.

You will stay ahead of industry trends, build strong vendor relationships, and oversee post-event debriefs to continually raise the standard of experience for high-profile campaigns across government and private

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in maintaining and building enriching business relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Ability to handle pressure and make split-second decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in event management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of event planning, meet deadlines and budget demands, and coordinate with staff, clients, vendors.
• Nurture and build relationships with vendors, venues, and industry contacts for creative and logistical event aspects.
• Stay current on event planning, design, and production trends and proactively solve operational challenges.
• Lead site visits and pre-event meetings to inform staff decisions on event design.
• Plan and facilitate logistics including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue prep, materials, security, catering, entertainment, transport, and decor.
• Oversee client experiences from conception through post-event, ensuring high-level service throughout all phases.
• Maintain and build a comprehensive database of industry contacts, vendors, and venues.
