The role requires coordinating with sponsors, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering a high-quality experience for participants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Monitor event activities to ensure compliance and participant satisfaction.
• Coordinate details with event site staff and suppliers to meet requirements.
• Inspect venues to confirm conformity with customer needs.
• Plan services: accommodation, transport, catering, signage, and security.
• Consult with customers to define objectives for meetings, conferences, or conventions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with sponsors and committees to plan scope, format, and budgets.
• Review event bills for accuracy and approve payments.
• Evaluate providers per customer requirements.
• Arrange AV equipment, transport, displays, and other needs.
• Develop programs, agendas, budgets, and services per client requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policy and safety regulations.
• Support MD and events team with communication and marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with creative team on design and signage.
