Job summary

Oliver Wyman in Dubai or Riyadh is seeking an energetic Event Planner to design, organize, and execute corporate events aligned with global goals.

You will coordinate venues, budgets, travel, calendars, and stakeholder communications, while leveraging SharePoint and virtual platforms to streamline planning.

This role offers exposure to international projects within a top-tier management consulting context and travel opportunities across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years event management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders and vendors.
• Contract and vendor management experience.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and virtual event platforms (Zoom, Teams).
• Global exposure and travel opportunities are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Research and select venues, evaluate suppliers, and provide pricing options.
• Design and organize events with attention to program details and timelines.
• Track and manage event budgets within approved limits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet event goals.
• Develop and monitor detailed event timelines and milestones.
• Oversee travel logistics, including flight analysis and manifests.
• Maintain an up-to-date Events Calendar.
• Develop and manage the events SharePoint platform.
