Job summary

Oliver Wyman seeks Associates to support growth in the Energy sector. You will break down complex problems, plan analyses, and guide junior consultants while collaborating closely with clients and teams to deliver actionable recommendations. Strong communication and energy industry experience are essential.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. Travel and proximity to a major energy hub may be expected as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar.
• Energy-specific consulting/operating experience (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power & Water, Environment, Mining & Metals).
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in formal and informal settings.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.

• Break down complex problems into discrete tasks and direct junior consultants.
