Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Event/Operations related field.
• 8–12 years in event management and operations.
• 3–5 years in senior leadership or director role.
• Experience managing large-scale events and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of UAE events industry, venues, permits and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational planning and execution of multiple events and projects.
• Develop and implement event operations strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Manage venue selection, suppliers, setup, and post-event evaluations.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and client expectations.
• Build strong client, supplier, and government relationships.
• Establish KPIs and produce management reports.
• Regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Lead, develop, and manage event operations teams.
