Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Operations).
• 8-12 years of event management and operations experience, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale events, complex projects, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of UAE events industry, venues, suppliers, and permitting procedures.
• Experience budgeting, financial management, contract negotiation, and risk management.
• Experience with corporate clients, government entities, or major event organizers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of multiple events and projects.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, logistics, staging, AV, and on-site operations.
• Manage venue selection, supplier coordination, setup, dismantling, and post-event reviews.
• Develop operational standards and drive process improvements.
• Build client and stakeholder relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, safety requirements, and permits.
