EFS Facilities Services in Dubai seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to drive end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across the group.

You will ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies while adhering to UAE labour laws and internal policies, maintain ATS records, and deliver KPI-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field; HR certifications preferred.
• 3-5 years recruiting experience, with high-volume recruitment experience a plus.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and agencies to fill roles and mobilize workforce.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and requirements.
• Maintain ATS records and in-house CV database with accurate data.
• Prepare recruitment advertisements and develop job descriptions.
• Generate recruitment reports and monitor KPIs to optimize costs and efficiency.
