Job summary

AW Connect is recruiting on behalf of an established sportswear and lifestyle brand with an international customer base. The role focuses on growing online business outside France, with market-specific plans and cross-border operations from Dubai.

You will own revenue and margin targets, localise pricing and content, and coordinate with partners to expand into new markets while using AI tools for analysis and localization.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in eCommerce with international or cross-border sales growth.
• Strong commercial/analytical skills, including P&L, pricing and profitability.
• Knowledge of duties, taxes, payments and logistics for cross-border trade.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience using AI tools to support localization or campaigns.
• Ability to coordinate internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop international eCommerce growth plans and prioritise countries by profitability.
• Own revenue and margin targets for international markets.
• Localise pricing, duties, taxes, payments and delivery options.
• Collaborate with cross-border eCommerce partner to optimise checkout and shipping.
• Build country activation plans with paid media and CRM teams.
• Adapt assortments and calendars to local seasons and events.
• Analyse traffic, conversion, AOV, returns and margin by country.
• Identify new market opportunities and expansion recommendations.
• Utilise AI tools to support content localisation, market analysis and campaigns.
