Job summary

N/A is seeking an experienced eCommerce leader to develop the international online business outside France, focusing on market-specific plans, revenue growth, localisation, and cross-border operations. You will own international revenue and margin targets and drive country activation with cross-functional teams.

You will localise pricing, duties and taxes, payment methods, delivery options, promotions and content, and collaborate with partners to optimise checkout, shipping and returns.

Qualifications

• Shopify and cross-border solutions experience.
• Experience developing markets such as the US, Germany, Spain or Italy.
• 4+ years of eCommerce experience with international or cross-border sales.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, including P&L, pricing, conversion and profitability.
• Understanding of cross-border duties, taxes, payments and logistics.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience using AI tools to improve analysis, localisation or campaigns.
• Ability to coordinate internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop the international eCommerce growth plan and prioritise countries by commercial potential and profitability.
• Own revenue and margin targets for international markets on the brand's online store.
• Localise pricing, duties and taxes, payment methods, delivery options, promotions and content.
• Work with the cross-border eCommerce partner to improve checkout, shipping and returns.
• Build country activation plans with the paid media agency and CRM team.
• Adapt assortments and commercial calendars to local seasons, events and sizing preferences.
• Analyse traffic, conversion, average order value, returns and margin by country.
• Identify new market opportunities and prepare recommendations for expansion.
• Use AI tools to support content localisation, market analysis and campaign preparation.
