• 7+ years across banking, payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or technology BD.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into multi-product solutions.
• Experience originating, structuring, and closing large strategic partnerships.

• Identify strategic opportunities with banks, fintechs, and large enterprises globally.
• Bridge external partners and Tether product teams to design tailored infra solutions.
