Job summary

Tether is seeking a highly driven Head of Financial Infrastructure Expansion to design strategic solutions for banks, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, and large enterprises globally. The role will bridge external partners with Tether’s product and business teams to scale our financial infrastructure capabilities.

You will identify opportunities, structure complex multi‑product projects, coordinate internal stakeholders, close partnerships, and build the Global Financial Infrastructure

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across banking, payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or technology business development.
• Strong understanding of payments, digital assets, wallets, tokenization, settlement, and financial infrastructure.
• Proven ability to originate, structure, and close large strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work across product, technical, commercial, legal, and regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic opportunities with banks, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, financial institutions, retailers and large enterprises globally.
• Understand customers needs and design tailored solutions leveraging the broader Tether ecosystem.
• Combine capabilities across stablecoins, wallets, tokenization, payments, and other products into compelling commercial propositions.
• Personally originate, structure, negotiate, and close high-value strategic partnerships and deployments.
• Nurture current and build new relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, banking executives, treasury leaders, payment teams, and other senior stakeholders.
