Job summary

Tether is seeking a highly driven Head of Financial Infrastructure Expansion to develop strategic solutions for banks, fintechs, payment providers, telcos, and large enterprises globally. The role acts as a bridge between external partners and Tether’s product teams, leveraging stablecoins, wallets, tokenization, and payments to design tailored infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in banking, payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or technology business development.
• Strong understanding of payments, digital assets, wallets, tokenization, settlement, and financial infrastructure.
• Proven ability to translate complex customer needs into multi-product solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to originate, structure, and close large strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic opportunities with banks, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, and large enterprises globally.
• Bridge customers, implementation partners, and internal teams to design and execute multi-product projects.
• Translate market requirements into actionable opportunities for internal teams.
• Own strategic projects from engagement through execution and scale.
• Monitor the success of projects post-implementation using KPIs.
• Build and lead the Financial Infrastructure Expansion team globally.
• Define priority markets, industries, partners, and use cases for financial infrastructure.
• Represent Tether in strategic meetings with enterprises, institutions, regulators and industry leaders.
