Job summary

Tether.io is seeking a Head of Financial Infrastructure Expansion in the United Arab Emirates to lead strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and large enterprises worldwide. You will bridge external partners with internal product teams, shaping multi-product financial infrastructure solutions across stablecoins, wallets, and tokenization.

You will identify opportunities, structure complex deployments, coordinate with stakeholders, and scale the team globally, delivering measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across banking, payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or technology business development.
• Strong understanding of payments, digital assets, wallets, tokenization, settlement, and financial infrastructure.
• Proven ability to originate, structure, and close large strategic partnerships.
• Strong relationships with senior decision-makers across banks, financial institutions, fintechs, telcos, and large enterprises.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic opportunities with banks, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, financial institutions and large enterprises globally.
• Design tailored solutions leveraging the broader Tether ecosystem.
• Combine capabilities across stablecoins, wallets, tokenization, payments, and other products into compelling commercial propositions.
• Own strategic partnerships from engagement through structuring, execution, and scale.
• Build and lead the Financial Infrastructure Expansion team globally and establish KPIs and playbooks.
