Qualifications

• 6–12 months of B2B telesales or delegate sales experience in energy or events.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong consultative sales approach with objection handling and closing skills.
• Fluent business English; additional languages are a plus.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent) and strong MS Office skills.
• Self‑motivated, commercially astute, and results‑focused.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by selling delegate packages to companies across the global energy sector.
• Prospect and engage with new clients while nurturing relationships with existing ones to ensure repeat business.
• Take full ownership of assigned regions and client portfolios, delivering against revenue targets and KPIs.
• Research and map the delegate landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and prospective client organisations.
• Work closely with marketing and data teams to develop targeted campaigns and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with sponsorship, exhibition, and content teams to ensure integrated client engagement.
• Attend conferences to secure re-signs and generate commitments for future editions.
