Job summary

Masdar, Abu Dhabi's leading clean energy company, seeks a Head of Marketing & Events (UAE National only) to drive strategic initiatives and lead a high-profile events program in the UAE. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will shape branding, campaigns and stakeholder engagement while respecting local regulations and culture.

You will manage budgets, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and collaborate across functions to deliver measurable ROI and brand impact in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in marketing and events management.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Lead and manage a team of marketing and events professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of major corporate events and marketing campaigns
• Manage marketing and events budgets, ensuring ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and media outlets
• Drive digital marketing initiatives and integrate emerging technologies
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and cultural sensitivities
• Report on marketing and event performance metrics to senior leadership
