You will coordinate between customers, customs authorities, logistics providers and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely shipments and effective order processing, quotations, and records, contributing to smooth transactions and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between customers, customs authorities, logistics providers and internal teams.
• Prepare, review and submit clearance documents (invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, declarations).
• Ensure timely clearance of shipments with agents, freight forwarders and port authorities.
• Support sales by handling inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations and maintaining records.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve issues to meet delivery timelines.
• Provide logistics and supply chain coordination to deliver seamless transport.
• Generate sales leads, follow up and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and liaise with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Balance documentation accuracy with sales efficiency; comply with Sales Governance policies.
