Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and operational systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily crew operations to ensure uninterrupted flight schedules.
• Identify disruptions to rosters and implement contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with Civil Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with flight and cabin crew through various channels.
• Manage crew legality, utilization, fatigue, overtime, and requirements.
• Utilize standby crew to maintain network reliability.
• Collaborate with Operations Control, Crew Planning, Airport Operations, and others to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate operational records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
