Job summary

Lyra Ship Management, a Dubai-based international investment holding company, seeks a highly experienced Corporate Services Manager to lead end-to-end incorporation, governance, and ongoing maintenance of group entities worldwide. You will own the lifecycle of entities across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with CSPs, legal counsel, and regulators.

The role requires strong UAE expertise, a track record in corporate secretarial work, and exceptional organizational and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of direct experience in corporate secretarial work or global entity management.
• Knowledge of UAE corporate setup procedures and major international jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end formation and incorporation of group subsidiaries and SPVs.
• Coordinate with tax, finance, and legal teams to align setups.
• Maintain portfolio in good standing; oversee renewals and filings.
• Manage board resolutions, share transfers, and PoAs.
• Coordinate document legalization and attestations across jurisdictions.
• Liaise with CSPs, law firms, notaries, and regulators.
• Negotiate terms and optimize service provider timelines.
