Job summary

Jumeirah Group is seeking a Manager – Corporate Communications to develop and implement global communication strategies, build strong media relationships, and manage the Group's digital presence. The role requires crisis communication expertise and the ability to monitor industry trends across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in crafting and disseminating content, plus a proven track record with internal and external stakeholders and digital platforms

Qualifications

• 6-8 years experience in roles that involve crafting and disseminating various types of communication content.
• Proven track record of cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to handle crisis situations, providing swift and accurate communication while mitigating potential negative impacts on the brand's reputation.
• Experience managing digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, and intranet systems, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies aligned with the Group's objectives and brand values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, PR agencies, creative agencies, and key external stakeholders to maximize positive brand exposure.
• Assist in crisis communication, delivering prompt and effective messaging to protect and safeguard the Group's reputation.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights and regular reports to the management team.
• Track and evaluate communication initiatives using KPIs, refining strategies for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the Group's digital presence, ensuring consistent, relevant, and brand-aligned content across websites, intranet, and social media channels.
