Job summary

Jumeirah Restaurant Group Dubai is seeking a Senior Executive (National Talent) to lead corporate and internal brand communications for its Dubai restaurant portfolio. You will manage content across LinkedIn, newsletters, and internal channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and engaging employee stories.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in marketing or corporate communications within hospitality, strong writing and storytelling, and experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in marketing or corporate communications within hospitality or service sector.
• Experience in content creation, campaigns, and social media management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
• Strong understanding of internal communications, employee engagement, and corporate branding.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for visual assets.
• Familiarity with event coordination and internal campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create internal and external marketing content aligned with brand voice.
• Develop assets for newsletters, announcements, and recognition programs.
• Plan content calendars aligned with leadership communications and HR engagement.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to promote events and campaigns.
• Support planning and execution of internal events and brand activations.
• Gather employee feedback to improve communications strategies.
