Responsibilities

• Define and execute the group’s long-term technology strategy and architectural roadmap.
• Own platform reliability, security, and regulatory readiness across two businesses.
• Lead architecture decisions for scalability, observability and cloud-native practices.
• Build and manage shared infrastructure, data platforms and cross-platform services.
• Oversee vendor relationships, cloud strategy, and cost optimisation.
• Shape engineering culture, operating model and talent development.
