Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven business development or sales experience within professional services outsourcing, accounting, tax consulting or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing international markets and generating new business opportunities.
• Strong network within accounting firms advisory firms or corporate decision-makers would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially driven with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Fluency in English is essential; an additional European language is highly preferred.
• Based in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across Europe and other target international markets.
• Building relationships with accounting firms, advisory practices and professional services partners to generate referral opportunities.
• Developing and managing a pipeline of direct corporate clients requiring outsourced and advisory solutions.
• Representing the organisation at industry events, conferences and networking forums.
• Conducting market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Managing the full business development cycle from prospecting through to commercial negotiations and deal closure.
• Maintaining long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners to maximise revenue growth.
