Confidential Company is seeking an International Business Development Executive to expand its real estate business globally. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and driving lead generation across international markets.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in business development within real estate, strong English communication, and proven ability to manage overseas partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate.
• Experience handling international clients and developing overseas markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
• Generate leads and build relationships with overseas investors, property buyers, brokers and agencies.
• Promote real estate projects including residential, commercial and off-plan properties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with international clients and business partners.
• Conduct market research to identify potential markets, investment trends and opportunities.
• Manage client inquiries, negotiations, presentations and follow-ups.
• Build strategic partnerships with international real estate agencies and channel partners.
• Achieve business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Represent the company in international meetings, networking events and property exhibitions.
