Job summary
FxPro, a leading international fintech group, seeks a Business Development Manager in Dubai to drive growth across key markets. You will identify targets, present our solutions to clients, and conduct ongoing market research to shape strategies.
The role requires strong client portfolios, 2+ years in a related industry, and fluency in English and Arabic. Frequent travel and a proactive, pressurized-work mindset are expected. We offer a competitive package and corporate insurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years in a similar industry.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong computer literacy with Google apps.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
- Proactive approach to running a business.
Responsibilities
- Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion.
- Present products and services to new clients.
- Conduct regular market research.
- Identify key markets and provide input.
- Build market-specific strategies.
- Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
- Maintain good relations with existing and new clients.
- Arrange meetings with contacts, existing and prospective.
- Attend major industry events.
