Job summary

FxPro, a leading international fintech with offices in Dubai, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence.

You will identify targets, present our products and services, conduct market research, and build market strategies while maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires travel and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years in a similar industry.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; any other language will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion.
• Present FxPro products and services to new clients.
• Conduct market research on a regular basis.
• Identify key markets and provide input.
• Build strategies for specified markets.
• Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
• Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients.
• Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts.
• Attend major industry events.
• Document business development activities.
