Job summary

FxPro, a leading international fintech with offices in Limassol, London, Nassau, and Dubai, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence.

You will identify target markets, present products to new clients, conduct market research, plan webinars and promotions, and maintain strong relationships with partners and prospects worldwide. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Strong and active portfolio of clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; other languages are a plus.
• Computer literacy with Google Apps.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changes, and stay proactive.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion.
• Present products and services to new clients.
• Conduct regular market research.
• Identify key markets and provide input.
• Build market strategies for specified markets.
• Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
• Maintain good relations with clients.
• Arrange meetings with contacts.
• Attend major industry events.
• Document business development activities.
