Job summary

Rheinmetall in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced International Business Developer to drive strategic growth in the GCC and MENA regions, shaping partnerships and identifying new opportunities in the defence sector.

You will build a global partner network, analyze markets and trends, collaborate across units, and manage data in CRM with comprehensive reporting. Flexible hours, remote work, and extensive training accompany a role with worldwide travel.

Qualifications

Degree in economics, engineering or equivalent qualification.
Several years in international business development.
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Business-fluent English; other languages a plus.
Strong intercultural competence and diplomatic negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel worldwide.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities and validate leads in strategic markets.
Build and maintain a network of commercial and industrial partners within international defence.
Analyze markets, identify trends and monitor competition to support global growth.
Collaborate across business units and coordinate internationally.
Record and report business data in the CRM and in-depth reporting.
