Rheinmetall is expanding its division in the GCC and MENA regions, seeking a strategic, internationally-minded Business Development professional. You will identify opportunities, build a robust partner network, and analyze markets to support growth.

You will coordinate across units and manage data in CRM with strong reporting capabilities. The role requires travel worldwide, a degree in economics or engineering, and business-fluent English.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of international business development experience in a global environment.
• Proficient with standard CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Business-fluent English; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, and validate promising leads in strategic markets.
• Build and maintain a strong network of commercial and industrial partners within the international defence sector.
• Conduct continuous market analysis, identify trends and monitor competition for global growth.
• Collaborate with various business units and coordinate internationally across departments.
• Record and maintain relevant business data in our CRM system and provide in-depth reporting.
