Job summary

INGOT Group seeks a Branding & PR Manager to own brand consistency and public reputation for INGOT, Rise, and Finoro. You will lead PR strategy, manage media relationships, and ensure a coherent Group level architecture across markets.

You’ll tailor brand direction for GCC, MENA, LATAM, and Africa, while safeguarding premium, credible identity and regulatory alignment. Based in Dubai with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of branding, PR, or corporate communications experience in luxury/retail and financial services.
• Native or fluent Arabic with strong professional English for bilingual regional/international materials.
• Proven track record managing brand identity and PR for multiple brands within a group or holding company.
• Strong media network across UAE and wider MENA with relationships in financial, business, and lifestyle press.
• Experience managing PR and creative agencies and ensuring brand quality standards.
• Understanding of brand governance in regulated environments and collaboration with Compliance/Legal.
• Based in Dubai, UAE with willingness to travel across Group markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Group level brand architecture differentiating INGOT, Rise, and Finoro.
• Enforce brand guidelines across all three brands ensuring consistent tone, positioning, and visuals Group-wide.
• Lead PR strategy, manage media relationships, and guardianship of brand integrity across the Group.
• Tailor Group brand direction for GCC, MENA, LATAM and Africa while maintaining consistency.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, press releases, and media kits for launches and sponsorships.
• Support senior leadership with speaking opportunities and media training.
• Monitor brand usage and address misuses or reputational risks.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Manage relationships with agencies and brief them on brand standards.
• Plan flagship activations and events to elevate brand presence across key markets.
