Job summary

INGOT Group is seeking a Branding & PR Manager to own brand integrity across INGOT Rise, Finoro and the Group at large. You’ll lead PR strategy, manage media relationships, and ensure consistent on-brand messaging across markets.

This role requires strong Arabic and English communication, a proven track record in multi-brand environments, and the ability to drive premium positioning in regulated sectors.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in branding, PR or corporate communications in luxury retail or regulated industries.
• Fluent Arabic and professional English; able to produce bilingual materials for regional audiences.
• Proven track record managing brand identity and PR for multiple brands within a group or holding structure.
• Strong media network across UAE and wider MENA with relationships in financial, business and lifestyle press.
• Experience managing PR and creative agencies and ensuring brand standards across touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Group level brand architecture differentiating INGOT Rise and Finoro.
• Enforce brand guidelines across all materials to ensure consistent tone, positioning and visuals.
• Present each brand as premium, credible and internationally recognized across all markets.
• Tailor Group brand direction for GCC, MENA, LATAM and Africa while preserving consistency.
• Build and maintain media relationships and secure high-quality coverage across markets.
