Job summary

INGOT is seeking a Branding & PR Manager to own brand consistency and public reputation across INGOT, Rise, and Finoro. You will safeguard a distinct identity for each entity while upholding a coherent Group level architecture and leading PR strategy across markets.

You will tailor group branding for GCC, MENA, LATAM, and Africa while building strong media relationships and guiding campaigns, sponsorships, and corporate announcements with compliance alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of branding, PR, or corporate communications experience across luxury/retail and regulated industries such as financial services.
• Native or fluent Arabic with strong professional English, capable of bilingual materials.
• Proven track record managing brand identity and PR for multiple brands or units in a group structure.
• Extensive media network in UAE and wider MENA with relationships across financial, business, and lifestyle press.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Group level brand architecture differentiating INGOT, Rise, and Finoro.
• Enforce brand guidelines across all three brands for tone, positioning, and visual identity.
• Build relationships with media and agencies; plan PR campaigns, press releases, and media kits.
• Support leadership with speaking opportunities, media training, and crisis communications.
• Review campaigns and partnerships to ensure on-brand output across all brands.
• Work with Compliance and Legal to meet regulatory messaging requirements across jurisdictions.
