Job summary

SUMWON STUDIOS in Dubai is seeking an Affiliate & CRM Manager to lead strategy, growth and commercial performance across affiliate networks and CRM for our fashion brands.

The role focuses 60–70% on building affiliate programmes across the UK and US, with 30–40% on CRM strategy, lifecycle planning, and agency performance, delivering measurable incremental growth.

You’ll negotiate partnerships, leverage data to optimise investment and own budgets and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years' experience in affiliate marketing, ecommerce growth or similar commercial role.
• Proven experience building and scaling affiliate programmes across multiple markets.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, publishers, voucher and loyalty partners.
• Solid understanding of CRM and lifecycle marketing in an agency-led model.
• Experience negotiating terms, commissions and paid placements.
• Working knowledge of Klaviyo or a comparable CRM platform.
• Industry experience in fashion, retail or multi-brand ecommerce is desirable.
• Hands-on, commercially driven with independence and performance focus.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate strategy and growth plans across brands and markets.
• Build and scale affiliate programmes across networks and publishing partners.
• Develop partner plans for recruitment, activation and commissions.
• Manage CRM strategy, calendar and testing roadmap with agency support.
• Define segmentation, personalisation and promotional strategies.
• Ensure performance is measured against commercial metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer data, tracking and CRM tech.
