Job summary

Dinact Marketing and Consultancies FZCO in Dubai seeks an Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the affiliate program strategy and execution. You will build strong affiliate relationships, coordinate with production teams for campaign optimization, and recruit new partners to expand reach.

You will monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, propose improvements, and stay ahead of industry trends to drive ROI and innovation within the program.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with English fluency.
• Background in Finance/Business Management/Economics is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel.
• Experience in affiliate marketing or similar sectors is a plus.
• Digital Marketing studies or courses are a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day strategy and execution of our affiliate marketing program.
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with affiliates ensuring high performance and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal production teams for requirement and campaign optimization to maximize ROI.
• Recruit new affiliates/partners.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and recommend improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation.
