Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years of experience as Technical Manager/Field Service Eng. or GIS engineering.
• Experience in customer relationship management, project implementation, and technical analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; travel up to ~10% in MEA region.

Aufgaben

• Technical Coordination & Documentation: draft and manage key documents (Method Statements, NCRs, RCA, schedules, resource plans).
• Training & Mentorship: develop skills of over 60 supervisors across MEA for Maintenance and E&C projects.
• Strategy & Problem Solving: propose solutions beyond standard procedures using data for independent decisions.
• People Management: provide indirect staffing support and performance development.
• Collaboration: work autonomously while coordinating with Field Service, Project, Tooling, and Planning managers.
