Qualifikationen

• BS in Engineering Technology or a diploma with relevant work experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in technical/field service management.
• Experience with Gas Insulated Substations (GIS) is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and French are an advantage.
• Travel ~10% within the MEA region.

Aufgaben

• Organize, communicate, and document technical work effectively.
• Draft and manage key documents including method statements, NCRs, RCA reports, project schedules, and resource plans.
• Develop the technical skills of supervisors across the MEA region to support Maintenance and E&C projects.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced team members.
• Utilize deep technical knowledge and critical thinking to propose solutions beyond standard procedures.
• Analyze data from internal and external sources to make sound, independent decisions.
• Lead small, low-risk projects and drive team consensus on technical topics.
• Provide indirect people management, including staffing support and performance development.
• Work autonomously while coordinating with Field Service, Project, Tooling, and Planning managers.
