Job summary

GE Vernova Global Services GmbH - DIC Branch in Dubai seeks a Lead Product Service Engineer for Gas Turbine Accessories Systems to provide direct technical support globally across diverse workstreams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s/Master’s in engineering and at least 7 years of experience with GE Vernova turbine accessories, plus strong English communication. Expect 10–15% travel to customer sites and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 7 years of direct commissioning, maintenance, or engineering experience with GE Vernova Gas turbine and mechanical accessories/a auxiliaries systems.
• Strong oral and written communication in English.
• Travel requirement of around 10–15% within and outside the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support to GE Vernova Gas Power customers across multiple workstreams.
• Own technical resolution to issues involving gas turbine accessories (inlet, exhaust, fuel, cooling, enclosures, piping, valves, and more).
• Lead RCAs with root-cause analysis and communicate findings to field teams and customers.
• Collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, vendors, quality, and field services for timely resolutions.
• Represent GE Vernova in user conferences and customer meetings; uphold leadership behaviours and LEAN principles.
• Leverage AI and digital platforms to streamline work and improve quality.
