Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Gifting & Activations Executive in Dubai to coordinate gifting processes and manage online activations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and at least 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.

Responsibilities include overseeing gifting operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in gifting, e-commerce, or digital marketing coordination.
• Experience in project management or cross-functional team collaboration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate gifting and sampling processes with internal systems.
• Manage the online visibility calendar and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Track and monitor online visibility and gifting redemption performance.
