Wella Company is seeking an E-Commerce & Online Activation Specialist (English & Arabic speaking) in Dubai to drive online sales performance and campaign activation across e-commerce platforms and digital retail partners.

Collaborating with brand and commercial teams, distributors, retailers, and agencies, you will optimize content, track KPIs, and lead end-to-end promotions to accelerate growth across priority markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in e‑commerce or digital activation.
• Hands-on experience with online retailers or DTC platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day e-commerce execution across online retailers and marketplaces.
• Coordinate end-to-end promotions, launches, and always-on activations.
• Analyze e-commerce KPIs and translate data into action.
• Collaborate with distributors, retailers, agencies, and internal teams.
