Job summary

Sephora Middle East is seeking an Events and Experience Manager to oversee, implement and execute all regional events and experiential moments. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, agencies and Sephora teams to successfully plan, measure and project manage the full 360 of events and experiences throughout the year.

You will excel in coordinating pre-production logistics, on-site execution, budgeting, and post-event analysis, while leading cross-functional teams and ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PR/Events either agency or client side.
• Experience in coordinating successful PR campaigns across channels.
• Background in media, beauty or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan and execute the full-year events and experiences calendar for Sephora Middle East.
• Lead planning, production and on-site execution for events and experiences.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, brands and external partners to ensure smooth events.
• Manage permits, budgeting, risk assessment and supplier selection.
• Oversee post-event analysis and reporting to optimize performance and brand messaging.
