Job summary

Peergrowth Consultancy Co. in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales Manager Geosynthetics to drive growth for a UAE-based manufacturer and solutions provider. You will develop business opportunities, manage sales cycles, and strengthen relationships with consultants, developers, EPCs across UAE and GCC, covering geomembranes, geotextiles, geogrids, and geocells.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in geosynthetics, strong technical and commercial skills, and a proven UAE/GCC network.

Qualifications

7 years of sales/business development experience in geosynthetics or related industries.
Strong technical and commercial understanding of geomembranes, geotextiles, geogrids, geocells.
Proven UAE/GCC sales track record and established network.
Experience with specification-driven sales and working with technical consultants.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Deep knowledge of the UAE construction and infrastructure market.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for geosynthetic portfolio.
Drive revenue growth by winning new projects and customers.
Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, EPCs.
Identify upcoming UAE/GCC projects across infra, mining, oil & gas, environmental sectors.
Manage complete sales cycle: lead gen, technical discussions, quotations, negotiations, closure.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain a strong pipeline.
Coordinate with production and operations to meet client requirements.
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
