Job summary

Chemgineering Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales Manager Technical Sales Specialist to grow and manage B2B sales of industrial equipment across the UAE and GCC. You will handle lead generation, account management and end-to-end deal closure, coordinating with engineering and procurement teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires fluent Arabic and English, a technical engineering background, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in industrial equipment / instrumentation / industrial trading.
Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Higher education is mandatory, preferably Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, chemical or similar).
Dubai/UAE legal status is mandatory: valid UAE residence visa (residency permit).
Strong negotiation skills and a structured, KPI-driven approach to sales.

Develop new business opportunities and manage a pipeline of B2B clients
End-users
EPC contractors
Distributors
Promote and sell industrial equipment solutions e g instrumentation process equipment valves fittings analyzers and related products
Conduct customer meetings technical discussions product presentations and commercial negotiations
Prepare quotations and commercial offers coordinate with suppliers and internal team on pricing lead times and documentation
Maintain accurate CRM records sales forecasts and weekly reporting
Support tender participation where applicable RFQs vendor registration documentation
Ensure professional after-sales follow-up to drive repeat business and long-term relationships
