Apple Inc. is seeking a Genius to join our UAE Apple Retail team. You will combine troubleshooting skills with a passion for inspiring customers about Apple products and services, delivering high-quality repairs and education on repair options.

You will work with leaders to identify recurring repair issues, mentor teammates, and contribute to an inclusive store culture while handling multiple repairs and customer interactions with empathy.

Formación

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.
• Ability to inspect hardware visually and perform repairs safely.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays in-store.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional service and empower customers to get the most from Apple products and services.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers about repair options and Apple offerings.
• Mentor and support Genius Bar team members and contribute to an inclusive store culture.
• Assist in identifying recurring repair problems and communicate feedback to Apple.
